Good job! But remember the rule of thirds. NEVER split the canvas down the middle verticaly or horzontaly with your subject. Break the surface into 3rds.

Remember that when painting from photos, throw out anything that does not add to the story. Remember you are Holly the artist, not Holly the Xerox!

I am not trying to be harsh. I think you did a great job. I am just trying to point you toward some techniques that will help you improve even more.

Thank you Randy... That helps a lot! If I don't know what I did wrong, I'd never know what I did right lol.

I remember now my teacher telling me that once(about splitting it down the middle), but I had totally forgot when I painted this.
