It's a little hard to read because I took this photo with my phone, but it says $1.38 for a gallon of gas. This is the lowest I have seen it in.......a LONG time. Who would have thought the gas prices would go down that low so soon after the sky-high, "4-something for a gallon of gas" ordeal?! That sure is something to be thankful for, especially if you're driving a h2.
We had a nice New Years, we just did what we have always done.....shoot a few fire-crackers, watch bowl games, and watch Dick Clark. I felt so sorry for him, we think it's time for him to retire. He's a tv-legend anyways. I remember when I was younger, I thought New Years was so absolutely awesome because I could stay up "all night"! Lol. Well now I do it so periodically that it's not such a big deal.
On New Years day, we watched more bowl games (Haha.....it's no secret that my family loves college football), ate black eyed peas, went bowling, then went to visit a good friend. It was a fun day.....except for the fact that I made a idiot of myself when bowling. I gutter-balled it almost every time. Now I'm not for sure, but I am almost certain the people at the lane next to us were laughing at me. I was lookin for a paper bag so I could put it on my head. lol. Mom won the game, that's all I'm going to say. I told a friend my score and he said, "You know what that is real bad". Lol.
Alabama lost the Sugar Bowl game last night. They lost to Utah 31-17. I was very, very disapointed. There were like 3 minutes left in the game, but I couldn't hardly stand it anymore so I had to walk away and go to bed. I just couldn't take it and when I don't finish watching a game....you know it's bad. John Parker (QB) was saked like seven times, and and top of that he scrambled to find a receiver most of the game. I'm almost glad he's graduating. Also, our best player Andre Smith #71 was suspended, which contributed a lot to our downfall. I wonder how our recruiting will go now with such an embarassing loss? So with all that said, Alabama finishes their season 12-2.

owch, thats to bad, Texas Longhorns won against Ohio Buckeyes, I think it was 21 to 24,It was cool, cause 16 seconds left we got a touch down!
I love football lol. The ups.....and the downs. It's all so much fun.
