It has been one year since I started to learn to play the violin! This is hard to believe!!! I still have a quite a long way to go until I master this difficult instrument, but it's coming along each day as I spend more time with it. It was hard at first, for me to learn to read music and all, because I had never done anything like it before- it was almost like learning a whole new language. But, with the help of my vioin teacher, it isn't so hard anymore. I know I still have many years of improving ahead of me, but I know one thing- I am so thankful that I did not give up on my dream of playing this lovely instrument.

That's cool that you've been playing for a whole year! The violin is a beautiful instrument and gets more fun to play every year, in my opinion. I've been playing for almost 5 years and it's by far my favorite instrument. What kind of music do you like playing on the violin?
I would love to learn the violin, but never had the opportunity. How blessed you are!
