So Emotional

Today was a rather difficult day. I had to say good-bye to my sister this morning because she was leaving for a "nanny" job (for a whole week!). Then, I was running late for church because (1) the truck was parked up at the shop behind the shop (2) I got up there and forgot my keys (3) ran down to the house to get them (4) ran back up to the shop, got in the truck, and figured out I had stepped in dog mess (I was pretty darn mad) (5) ran back down to the house and changed shoes (6) ran back up to the shop and jumped in the truck and finally headed towards church (I was only speeding a little bit). Poor Amber was with me when all that happened too.
Friday evening, mom and dad took Jeremy to the hospital because his asthma was flaring up from a sudden cold (his breathing was abnormal). When they got there, the doctors wanted to keep him overnight because his oxygen level kept going down- they diagnosed him with pneumonia. So, mom, dad, and Jeremy spent the night at the hospital while Brooke and I stayed at home with the little girls. He got to come home Saturday evening, and is doing a lot better now, thanks to answered prayers. That was pretty scary for a while, when mom called home telling me Jer had pneumonia. But deep inside me, I knew God would take care of everything. I read these words before I went to bed that night, "Let not your heart be troubled"....and I slept peacefully.
But right now, I feel so emotional!
